RWAR was established in 2020 to provide an established consulting vehicle for its Founder, Dr. Michael Jenkins. Dr. Jenkins has served as a part-time and full-time consultant at various times in his career since 2006. He has provided his expertise and technical skills for all ranges of customers (e.g., small businesses through Fortune-100 clients) and across different domains and industries (e.g., consulting within Defense, Industry, and Academia)
